Options

In the options for a person you can indicate:

• Whether the data of this person may be included in the reporting.
  The default is 'Publish if deceased'.
  If a living person has explicitly indicated that his/her data may be published, this can be indicated with 'Permission for publication'.
  If someone has determined that his/her data should never be published, this can be indicated with 'Exclude from publication'.
• Whether this person is the proband (the starting point) of a genealogical report (ancestor tree, descendant tree, genealogy), in which case the report will be created automatically when performing the functions:
  Reporting Create complete reporting
  Reporting Create reports
  This data is also used when setting up the Navigation bar.
• Whether this person should be mentioned on the page 'Stories' of the reporting.
  This data is also used when setting up the Navigation bar.
• Whether there are matters to be researched for this person. A specification can be put in the internal note.
• Whether this person must be excluded from the Maintenance Data check function.
